This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing customers and in the interest of a secure, fast and reliable provision of our online services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Each time the website is accessed, the host or web server automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. These are usually: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and the IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources and is used for technical provision, security and stability.
Our website may use so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device and do no harm. Technically necessary cookies that are required to operate the website are stored on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cookies that are not technically necessary (e.g. for reach measurement or marketing) are only set with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. You can set your browser to inform you when cookies are set and to allow cookies only in individual cases or to exclude them in general.
To display fonts consistently, this website uses so-called Google Fonts, which are provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required fonts from a Google server in order to display texts and fonts correctly. To do this, your browser has to connect to Google's servers, which gives Google knowledge that this website was accessed via your IP address.
Google Fonts are used in the interest of an appealing and consistent presentation of our online services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. A transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We use the scheduling service Cal.com (booking page at cal.eu) to book intro calls and account audits. The provider is Cal.com, Inc. When you schedule an appointment via the booking link, the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, preferred time and any other details) is transmitted to Cal.com and processed there for the purpose of organising the appointment.
Processing is carried out to take steps prior to entering into a contract and to organise appointments (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) as well as in our legitimate interest in efficient appointment handling (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For more information, please see Cal.com's privacy policy.
If you contact us by email, your details, including the contact details you provide, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We offer the option of contacting us via WhatsApp. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (a Meta group company). When you message us via WhatsApp, the transmitted data (e.g. your phone number, your name and the content of your message) is processed by WhatsApp.
Processing is based on your consent given by actively contacting us (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in uncomplicated communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Please note WhatsApp's privacy policy. A transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out.
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
To exercise your rights, simply send an informal message to info@elevate-commerce.de.
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser's address bar changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the padlock symbol in your browser bar.
